Returns:

We accept returns on unopened sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds:

If you received the wrong card or your item arrived damaged, contact us with a photo and order number. We’ll issue a full or partial refund, send a replacement, or provide a return envelope — whichever works best for you.

Card Condition Policy:

We follow TCGplayer standards for card condition. If you feel a card was misgraded, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
